Warren leads sales strategy and the buyer experience across every 4M project. With more than 13 years in Western Australia’s building industry across both traditional and modular homes, he has helped countless West Australians bring their homes to life — and is known for honest, relationship-first guidance from first enquiry through to settlement.
Taria Blignaut
Taria guides the direction of the studio — its standards, design decisions and client relationships. With over 13 years in the building industry and several homes of her own behind her, she blends practical know-how with a sharp eye for detail, making sure every 4M project reflects the values the studio was founded on.
Frank Ferraloro
Frank is responsible for the development pipeline — site acquisition, feasibility, approvals and delivery. Working in Western Australia’s building and development industry since 1995, he brings three decades of land and delivery experience and a hands-on approach from initial concept through to completion.
Gail Griffiths
Gail oversees the financial management of the studio and its projects — budgeting, reporting and compliance. Her discipline with the numbers underpins the feasibility work behind every 4M development and keeps each project commercially accountable from acquisition to completion.
